Can bee pollen get rid of mold toxins in my body

Can bee pollen help me feel better from mold toxins. I have been eating pistachios a lot. They have mold on them. I didn't know that.

Angela's comments:

Bee pollen does contain certain compounds with potential antifungal properties, such as flavonoids and phenolic acids.

Some studies have shown that these compounds can be effective against various types of fungi in vitro (in laboratory settings).
