Bee propolis and bee pollen granules

My name is Rash. I am have prostate problem. Therefore, I decided to take bee pollen and propolis because I dont want to take medicine anti biotics. I want to go for natural. I also take saw palmetto herbal pills for this problem. I bought bee propolis vegeterian capsules from manafacture called Country Life. The bottle said one capusule a day. Please advise, how many capsules I can take a day in addition to bee pollen granules as well as taking multin vitamins and saw palmetto that I am taking. Thank you.
