Bee pollen works wonders for migraine headaches

Hey Angela,
I just want to say that your bee pollen are really effective for alleviating migraine headaches!
Anyway, I just wanted to share a little findings I had for the benefit of the rest who also suffer the same condition.
For the longest time, I had been having headaches every morning. After some research on the Internet, I found that many people managed to get better after taking bee pollen. Of course, I was totally skeptical of how this can work out.
I went to do some research on my own and found that bee pollen is in fact abundant with amino acids, vitamins, minerals and many more. Its main ingredients are:
- 48.5% carbohydrates
- 9.9% fatty acids
- 21.2% protein
- 14.2% fiber
- 3.5% ash
Among all the ingredients, I found that it has Riboflavin (vitamin B2) which helps to alleviate migraines and cure some skin diseases. Other than this, it is also effective in reducing cholesterol, normalizing digestive problems, improving energy levels and many more.
