Bee pollen vs Royal jelly

by Myron C.

I'm 75 year old, had 30 bypass operations in my legs and stomach and have very little energy or stamina. Which would you recommend I use, the pollen or stronger jelly?

I have a friend who has used the Royal Jelly for years and he recommended the product because of my age and lack of energy or stamina. I intend to try which ever one would be most beneficial for me. Thank you and will be waiting for your reply. Thank you. Myron L. Crawford.

Angela's Response:

In your case Myron, I would recommend starting out with the royal jelly. It has shown in several studies to enhance physical stamina (energy), brain function/energy and also reduce inflammation in the body (which will help you as well). In a perfect world I'd have you take both bee pollen and the royal jelly as our best feed back often comes from those who combine the two. There seems to be a strong synergistic effect. However, if your budget only allows for one, start with royal jelly. As always, start slowly (with a low dose) and work up to a full dose over several weeks to ensure tolerance. Royal jelly is quite potent.

I would like to know both difference and benefits. I'm taking for health purposes, increase immune system and strength/stamina. Which is better in grade and suitable. Also I'm cancer survivor patient.
