Bee Pollen vs Propolis for Eczema

Hi!!! I'm so very overwhelmed by the information available on both pollen and propolis! I know someone taking propolis and she swears by it but never mentioned pollen! I'm not sure where to even begin. I have terrible eczema that I've dealt with since childhood so I want to try a cream also. I guess I just need some guidance and advice. I'm feeling uneasy about pollen because of the possible reactions so I think I'm leaning toward propolis. If someone could guide me I'd appreciate it! Thank you!!
