menopausal bleeding
by: Anonymous

I'm 61 years old and having break through bleeding. I don't know if it's from the bee pollen, but I recently start taking it and then the bleeding started. I had a DNC 80 days ago from hormone implants that were put in me 10 months ago. I took bee pollen before I start the hormone treatment and felt terrific and lost weight. Then I agreed to hormone replacement and have regretted it ever since. I've had nothing but problems since the 1st implant. I stop getting the implants in Apr 2013, it's now Oct 2013 and I recently start bleeding again. I had a DNC in Aug because of the implants. Felt fine and started the bee pollen try lose weight. I started losing weight, felt terrific and then that dam break through bleeding started. I've stop the bee pollen to see if the bleeding will stop. If it does then I know not to take it. If it doesn't then I know that I need another DNC and I start taken the bee pollen again because I feel terrific on it.

Sensitive to bee pollen
by: Dayna

I found I'm sensitive to bee pollen. I had 2 cycles a month and during research I found bee pollen could help. My cycle seemed to correct it self. Then after taking bee pollen for a while my cycle was much heavier than normal and lasted over 2 weeks. I've stopped taking bee pollen. I'd say just see how your body reacts.

side effects
by: Anonymous

I've used bee pollen and can relate to this comment. I lost like 25 pounds in one month. On the side effects side of it, it did cause abnormal bleeding in between my menstrual cycles. So yes it can cause side effects. It was if my cycle came twice in one month. I guess that was due to losing weight rapidly. That's normal I hear tho.
