Bee Pollen Granules vs Powder

Dear Sir/Madam :
What is the difference between Bee Pollen Granules and Bee Pollen Powder ???? Which one is better and more effective OR are both equally effective & beneficial ??
Thank you
Mohammed Otaibi

Hi Mohammed,
The difference is that bee pollen powder will have been processed to remove the outer shell of the pollen granule and then ground into a fine powder. Granules will be left unprocessed and in their natural state.

Bee healthy,

How to powder
by: Darren

Is it possible to take granules and make powder from them and if so what is the best way to do this?

Yes it is. Simply grind it up with a coffee grinder.
