I am seriously considering giving bee pollen a shot...I am 33 and have a very busy schedule. However, growing up I was extremely athletic, but when I became a high school principal my weight had shot up to 298 pounds. I committed myself to overall health and am now 230 pounds, run 4 miles every other day and would like to be at about 180. But I'm not looking for a miracle...rather just something that is healthy for me. Would I like it to aid fat loss...sure. But I would like something that just adds to the healthy lifestyle I'm now committed to. So here's the question...what do you recommend? Bee pollen capsules or Royal Jelly capsules? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I thank you in advance for your response!! :)

I would suggest you try bee pollen to aid in your continued weight loss and improved lifestyle. I have received a great deal of feedback using bee pollen as part of an effective fat loss program. Royal Jelly on the other hand lends itself to many other health benefits, but not weight loss. Try taking bee pollen 15 to 30 minutes before meals and as a low calorie snack throughout the day or even as a small meal replacement. It will help you feel full while also balancing blood sugar, both of which are important to losing body fat.
