Bee Pollen and Itchy Arms

by Kerry

I was told by a friend to take 3 tbs. of bee pollen first thing in the morning an hour before eating as this will help my digestive track.

Been doing it for a couple of months and after maybe four weeks I have had some itching on the inside of my elbows.

I'm going to stop taking it for a week to see if it is indeed the bee pollen.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this from the pollen.

Thanks, Kerry

Hi Kerry,
Some itching can be a sign of an allergic reaction to bee pollen. Curious if this stopped once you halted taking the bee pollen?
