Bee pollen and gout?

Hello, i have gout for a long time, like 5-10 years ago i started have gout. For your info my age now is 30. I want to know if the bee pollen can be used by me who have gout or not? I have read some info that bee pollen can raise the uric acid that cause gout, also i read some info that bee pollen can cure gout..i got confused about which one i should trust.

Started taking nafural bee pollen as an immune system booster and now have been diagnosted with gout. Could the bee pollen increased my uric acid level?

Purines in bee pollen? (gout)

i am prone to gout i must keep my uric acid low , will be polen raise uric acid, does it contain any purines. i need to know before i make an order thanks,
