Bee Pollen and Estrogen Dominance/Menopause

I am 51 and done with menopause. I had no problems - it started at 47 and ended at 48. Will taking bee pollen get rid of estrogen dominance?
Thank you,
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
Congratulations on making it through Menopause quickly and easily! Bee pollen will not get rid of estrogen dominance. I recommend taking a product such as EstroSmart, which is specifically designed to do this.

Early periods normal hormone level
by: Anonymous

What sort of effects could bee pollen gave on a hormonally normal woman? I started taking it last month for only four days and got my period two weeks early after being two weeks late the prevoius cycle ( my cycles have been sometimes early then sometimes late, but never as late as two weeks). I am in perimenopause. It was a heavier period as well. At first I thought it was because of my changing hormones, but then read about bee pollen causing ovulation. As a result I've stopped taking the bee pollen. I really do want to start taking it again, but don't want to mess with my hormones. Do you have suggestions?
