Acid reflux and bee pollen?
Will bee pollen pills trigger my acid reflux and start my coughing and clearing throat.i take nexium and Zyrtec now.is it ok to take these pills or would I be inflaming my refux.

It really shouldn't but its difficult to say based on the very limited information I have from you. Try taking Betain Hydrochloride for your acid reflux . The other remedy I highly recommend is taking 2 teaspoons of apple cidar vinegar before meals.
