I have been hearing a lot about having to soak the granules for at least 12-15 hours to have any benefit. Is this true? Which way should I consume the granules to have optimal absorption? I was also wondering from which source do you get your bee pollen from? Is it Ontario, Canada, North American or global. I have just started using Dutchman's gold bee pollen and how seen benefits I believe, I just want to be loyal to a product I fully understand.
