How to have glowing, wrinkle free skin for summer using natural, organic products!

I've been receiving a great number of inquiries lately about how to produce glowing, radiant skin in time for summer in a natural, holistic way.
I've also noticed a lot of debate about safe, effective weight loss in the forums. Clearly, summer is just around the corner as we all prepare to look our best in time for the beach!
So, I'm going to outline the protocols I recommend as a Nutritionist and have used successfully with hundreds and hundreds of clients over the years as well as on my own skin.
I'll also expand on how I have been able to successfully return to my pre-pregnancy weight after both of my children were born using top notch, scientifically proven supplements along with a healthy, whole food diet (and I never went hungry once).
Glowing, Radiant Skin ProtocolDid you know that your skin is your largest organ?
This is my biggest secret for producing glowing, radiant skin - you must treat your skin from the inside as well as from the outside.
This is what I do daily...
1) So Ho Mish Miracle Cream both in the morning and as a night cream.
2) Drink 12 cups of filtered water per day (I recommend re-mineralized Reverse Osmosis) to remove toxins from the body.
3) Take 2 teaspoons of the amazing GLA Skin Oil per day (I find this product is what really helps give me the Glow!) This Omega Oil is vital for healthy skin - by age 40 we aren't able to create this compound very well.
4) Use only naturally sourced make up (avoid the chemicals which age your skin)
5) Do a detoxification 2 times per year ( I recommend CleanseSmart by Renew Life)
6) And my latest secret is this - an anti-wrinkle product called Active Collagen . I've been noticing some wrinkles starting to set in over the last couple of years and this is the only scientifically proven wrinkle product that really works. I noticed results in the first month.
