After consulting the honey you are producing &selling, I was very impressed by the high quality you are supplying.

Aim currently starting a small business selling organic Honeys and very interested in having your raw Honeys as a part of the main products.

I would really like to be your distributor in England and the Netherlands. I am a Dutch citizen and the market here lacks of raw pure honey. I have checked your website and have seen that the quality of your honey is excellent in addition to the very valuable information on the site supporting the quality and the value of the product that you have. I have really enjoyed reading the valuable information on your site.

In 2 weeks time I will deal with two companies in England, one sells pure organic honey produced in Zambia and Ethiopia & the other sells raw & organic Spanish honeys from small scale beekeepers.

I am really willing to introduce your honeys in England and the Netherlands. I am sure that the market here has a large demand for pure honey.
Kindly review my plan to start dealing with you. Aim a dealer working only in selling high quality honey and am too busy starting a small company for that purpose. I will have to build my reputation first in order to get more customers in England and the Netherlands & other countries in Europe.
So for a start, I am ready to buy small quantity of your honey so I can invest some effort in introducing and marketing your product in the local markets and online. I am too busy building my own website and will inform you of the address once completed.

My plan is always the same and is not to buy large quantities unless I could get customers through the known marketing channels (Internet, leaflets... etc.). Once I have enough customers in England and the Netherlands, I will start buying larger quantities. The same plan applies to your fine product as well.

Since I am new in the business, I have to build my reputation of only dealing in high quality honey from accredited sources only, to gain customers' trust as an honest and professional dealer in marketing these products.

I would also like to be your official distributor for your company through a signed agreement when you kindly agree.. The demand on high quality honey is very high in England and the Netherlands. If could kindly agree on this, then I would like to start working with you as soon as possible.

I am sure; I can find opportunities to sell your product in the markets.

I would like also to know the costs of sending the product to England and what is the best way to do that, whether it is by air or by sea. And in case it is sent by sea, then would it be kept in a container where the temperature does not go below 10 degrees and does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
