Vitamin and Mineral Content of Bee Pollen

I consider Bee Pollen to be Mother Nature's multi-vitamin. As you can see by the list below, bee pollen contains a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals. It's these micro-nutrients that give bee pollen it's many health promoting properties.
