Shelf life of bee pollen if kept in the fridge?

I was wondering, what is the 'shelf-life' of bee pollen granuales stored in the fridge. I had some given to me just before I had gotten very sick and on chemo, so I didn't take it. I was nervous of mixing anything with all the drugs I was on. I have still got my bee pollen granuales, I couldn't bear to get rid of them.
They are the Dutchman's Gold brand. That was 3 years ago! They look fine, as good as when they were bought???? Should I sadly get rid of them??

Thank you for contacting me. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I've been away for the holidays. Great question. It has been my experience that if kept refrigerated and dry, bee pollen will keep quite well for several years. I would suggest tasting/smelling your pollen for any signs of rancidity and if nothing seems 'bad', go ahead and consume it.
