Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen for fatigue and aches/pains?

by Carol G.
(Fort Washington, MD, USA)

I am wondering if it's more beneficial to take both bee pollen and royal jelly rather than taking one or the other and should I start out trying both or try one 1st, then the other. If I were to select one or the other, which is recommended? My issues are: acid reflux, fatigue, fatigue, fatigue, mind fogginess, knee pain (residual from a fall many years ago), and general aches in my shoulders, neck, hip. I am 53 years old.

Hi Carol,
Yes, it is beneficial to take bee pollen and royal jelly together. You can read more here as I have written on this topic before:

The bee pollen and royal jelly should help with the fatigue and mind fogginess. My opinion is that you have a lot of inflammation in your body which is leading to all the aches and pains. I recommend:

1) Fish Oil capsules 1000 mg x 3 per day
2) Glucosamine Sulphate 3000 mg per day
3) Royal jelly capsules 1000 mg x 3 per day
4) Bee pollen 2 tablespoons per day

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Bee healthy,
Angela

Try also, B12 5000 mcg. Everything was going wrong with me from head to toe before I started taking it. Believe me, I was falling apart. The fatigue, though better, is still there, so I was looking into Royal Jelly.

I know that they advocate both here, but I've heard that you should stay away from Bee Pollen, but Royal Jelly is o.k..

I haven't taken anything yet, but will be trying the Royal Jelly soon -- probably the one in honey.
