royal gelly mixed with honey

I boought royal gelly mixed with honey, the bottle was sealed, it was purchased from a renownwd supplier of honey. about 20 days it was kept at room temperature and then kept in fridge, after one week when I opened the bottle for use I found the upper portion of bottle was fully bubbled having white color, this was unusual,as I am using same product since last year. the taste and smell of this honey is same as it was before.after mixing with spoon all honey becomes in one shape but again after one hour upper layer haviny bubbly white shape.
now I want to know weather this honey mixed with royal jelly can be used or not.
