Recovering Body Nerve Damage

Hiya!
I'm recovering body nerve damage ... rebuilding strength etc. I currently take 1 each of Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly at breakfast, lunch and mid afternoon. My question is this ok? Meaning, enough and spread out? I've read on your forum to go by how you feel...
