Recommended Multi Vitamins

This really doesn't have anything to do with been pollen, however, I was wondering if you could recommend a company that sells good vitamins and supplements? I don't want to go to GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I am looking for great quality supplements that I can trust and that are what they say they are. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you! (P.S. I can't wait to try my bee pollen)

Hi Krissy - no problem. I actually use and recommend a premium multi vitamin and mineral called Ultimate Multi by Brad King. It is not your standard 'one a day' multi - you need to take more than one a day but it is very high quality. I don't know if they are available in retail stores in SC but I think you can order them from their website. Check out:
