Pure Royal Jelly - refrigeration

by Jay
(Palm Harbor, FL)

Had Royal Jelly shipped to me, but they did not overnight the shipment. It took 7 days to get to me and there was only one little, warm, freezer pack in the box with the product. This is pure R/J, so it needs to be kept cold - right? Is it still edible, or has it "spoiled"? I live in Florida.

Fresh Royal Jelly Ship time
by: Angela

Hi Jay,
7 full days in transit is likely too much. Our tests indicate 5 days is the max (that is if it is shipped with multiple ice packs in an insulated shipping kit). So likely yes, your royal jelly is spoiled.

Bee healthy,
Angela
