Irradiated bee pollen?

How much damage is done when Bee Pollen is Irradiated?

Angela's Comments:

Great question. It is hard to know exactly simply because no one has done the testing to see if there is any enzyme activity after irradiation. My guess is that it damages it enough to compromise the health benefits of the pollen but not enough to make the bee pollen worthless. This would be due to the protective effect of the many antioxidants in bee pollen.
