How much bee pollen should I give my 8 and 4 year old?

Hi there, Just have a question for you about bee pollen and children. I'm looking at ordering some of your bee pollen for my family, mainly my husband. I do have 2 children 8 & 4. Am I able to give them some as well? If so how much do I start with, and what is the ideal that we are working towards? They are both very healthy with no known allergies to anything.
