Do you have to take bee pollen, royal jelly, & propolis?

I was taking the capsules that contained korean ginseng royal jelly bee pollen & propolis all in one tablet but after reading your site you say the granules are better. If I just take the bee pollen in the granule form do I have to take the royal Jelly & propolis also. I would like to take the raw honey also. But I take other supplements too. Dont want to take too much. Looks like I will be ordering from you though. Please advise. Thanks

Hi There,
Well, I believe that raw granules are better than processed bee pollen, yes. The product that you were using sounds very good. I personally take propolis, pollen and royal jelly almost daily so I am a big believer in the power of using all three. What I'd suggest is going off the three and see how you feel. If you find that your vitality decreases, perhaps you should stay on these products. Raw honey is very safe and could also be consumed while taking pollen, propolis and royal jelly, provided you have no allergies to any of the products. It is hard for me to say if you are taking to many products as I don't know what else it is that you're taking nor do I know your current state of health or daily nutrition.
