Can you take bee pollen and royal jelly at the same time?
by Julie

Can you take Bee Pollen and Royal jelly at the same time, or is this a over load? My husband has liver problems (Hepatitis C from blood transfusions when he was a baby). I am looking at this as an alternative.
Angela's Comments:
You can absolutely take bee pollen and royal jelly at the same time. In fact, I often find that the two supplements work even better when combined - they seem to have a synergistic effect. Just be careful when starting out. Start with one supplement at low doses and work up to a full dose over several weeks. If you've experienced no adverse effects or allergy, slowly introduce the second supplement and again work up to a full dose over several weeks. As always, error on the side of caution and remember that more is not always better.
