Can I mix royal jelly with other superfoods like maca and goji?

Is your Royal Jelly powder freezed dried? Can it mixed with other superfoods like maca, goji, sprouted chia & flax seed powder?

How about mixing it with goat's protein/sprouted brown rice powder or green powder?

Angela's Comments:

Great question. Yes, it is freeze dried and absolutely it can be mixed with other superfoods. In fact, I mix mine with protein, greens, bee pollen, chia seeds and flax powder each morning! It's an amazing way to start the day!

Mixing it with goat's protein/sprouted brown rice powder or greens powder is a great way to mix royal jelly. Try adding some bee pollen to this mix - it will really add some extra protein and vitamins and minerals.
