Can I give royal jelly & bee pollen to my 6 & 10 year old?
by Joanne
Hello, I wan to buy bee pollen and Royal Jelly for my 6 & 10year old sons but i'm not sure of the amount i should give them evry day, please can you advise ? Should i be given this to my kids? Please let me know. Regards, Joanne Hi Joanne, Yes, you certainly can give bee pollen and royal jelly to your kids but be very cautious when introducing it to them. Start them off with only one of the two and in very, very small amounts. For example, a few granules of bee pollen or the tip of a teaspoon of royal jelly. Slowly work up from there if they tolerate it well. A daily dose after this process of bee pollen would be one teaspoon of bee pollen for a child and 1/8 of a teaspoon of royal jelly. Hope that helps, Angela
