Allergic reactions - Itchy Throat

by joan gallagher
(toms river, nj)

I have food allergies. I tried bee pollen in small doses and after a week I went to a 1/4 teaspoon and my mouth and throat was really itchy. I stopped taking it. I started today with a teaspoon of local honey and had an itchy mouth again. I want to purchase your cream and royal jelly. Should I wait a while until I build up more slowly and then start to introduce the jelly after I dont' feel allergic any more. I still want to try the lotion for my daughter who has acne.

Thank you for your help.
Joan Gallagher

Hi John,
I would suggest starting out extremely slowly with the bee pollen. For example, try one granule on day one, two on day two and so on until you reach 1/4 teaspoon again. I suspect this will give your body time to properly adjust. Same process with the raw honey. You need to be ultra conservative so use micro doses. I see this process work very well for most people and have seen it work well for people with food allergies. (my husband is one example who has food allergies and got an itchy throat as well but used this process successfully) I would recommend you wait to introduce the royal jelly until you are comfortably taking the bee pollen.

Hope that helps!
Angela
